House Rules

 

  • We do not allow pets.

  • Check-in 3:00 pm; Check-out11:00 am.

  • No lunch is served on the day of check in or check out.

  • Food and drinks are not served after 10:00 pm (our staff need their sleep).

  • The rental includes all food preparation and service to table. However the cost of food and beverages is paid by the renter. Several weeks before the rental, the host will provide the renter with the approximate cost for food and beverages which the renter will pay by electronic transfer. Food and beverages will be purchased before the renter arrives. Upon arrival, the renter will be provided with receipts for all of the purchases and a reconciliation.

  • Staff lunch and rest time is from 3:30 - 4:30.

  • No smoking in the house or outside on upholstered furniture.

  • Wash off sand when returning to the pool and pool area from the beach.

  • Pool and bath towels are changed twice per week.

  • Sunscreen will permanently stain cushions and bedding. Put towels on sunbeds and wash off sunscreen when returning from the pool.

  • Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

  • Air conditioning is for nighttime use only.

  • Turn off fans and lights when not in rooms.

  • Do not disturb the neighbors. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. Loud music is not to be played after 11:00 pm.

  • Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
